About
Evinco Strategies is a fully remote, women-led consulting firm with one mission: empowering progressive candidates, campaigns, and organizations to win. Our 15-person team shares over 110 years of combined experience across every corner of political work.
What sets us apart is simple — we're more upfront and adaptable than most consultants out there. We take time to learn about your experience and what drives your political involvement. That understanding shapes everything we do.
Here's what guides our work:
Lifting up communities that get pushed to the sidelines and breaking down barriers to their participation
Questioning the old playbook and focusing on local races that shape daily life
Teaming up with groups fighting for a fairer, more inclusive society
Making sure elected officials actually stay connected to the people they represent
We know that sustainable politics requires rest, not burnout. Good government should look like the people it serves and be accessible to everyone. That's the future we're working toward, one partnership at a time.

Who is Oli the Orca?
They’re our mascot!
We chose an orca because, much like Evinco, they:
Hate systems that uphold the oligarchy (see: destroys yachts)
Are willing to do something about it (see: destroys yachts)
Although we use different means of fighting back, we feel close to what the orca represents. Political systems are, more often than not, very toxic. Here at Evinco, we are not only fighting to achieve victory within the system, we’re fighting to change the system itself.
We imagine a political world where people dedicate their lives to change without losing themselves. Where those closest to the problem are also given the power to fix it. Where everyone gets a seat at a table.
But sometimes, to build a new system, you have to break an old one. Oli would know a thing or two about that.
