Position Title: Call Time Manager

Overview: Evinco Strategies is a remote fundraising and general consulting firm for Democratic candidates, issues, and organizations. We are looking for a Call Time Manager to assist in the execution of our clients’ fundraising strategies. We are seeking a detail-oriented, communicative, organized, and self-starting individual.

Position: Seasonal, contractor

Location: Remote –– applications will be sorted into Mountain / Pacific Standard Time Zones or Central / Eastern Standard Time Zones. (USA)

Compensation: $25/hour

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with clients and Evinco team to schedule call time sessions.

  2. Staff call time for a variety of clients across states, issue areas, and campaign levels as assigned by Vice President of Politics. 

  3. Log all call time activity in software system, send all follow up emails and/or text messages as necessary and appropriate.

  4. Coordinate with Client Leads and/or Directors to ensure lists are up to date and in line with strategy, report out call time progress and flag any more complex follow up such as booking meetings or placing follow up calls. 

  5. Maintain client and Evinco confidentiality regarding both data and content of conversations.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Complete 30 - 40 hours of call time per week with Evinco clients.

  • Maintain impeccable and detailed call time history and records.

  • Communicate smoothly with clients and Evinco’s internal team so no fundraising data or strategy gets lost in translation. 

Qualifications:

  • 6 months - 2 years of experience working on campaigns, ideally with a focus on call time.

  • Proficiency in CallTime.ai, Act Blue, Google Sheets, and/or other data management.

  • Proficiency in basic use of Slack.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and time zones and keep all the plates in the air.

  • Experience working in a remote environment.
